Mauri is the inaugural Bailey Conservation Fellow at The Nature Conservancy in Michigan. She recently received her PhD form the University of Connecticut in the Department of Natural Resources and the Environment. While her research background is in wildlife ecology, her current research is focusing on topics related to landscape ecology, conservation planning, and social-ecological systems.

19 Feb 2019: I just found out that our paper was accepted in Landscape Ecology! I learned so much with this research; it was a new analysis, new visualizations, and really cool results. I am so excited to share this work!
